We ran into some unexpected issues during our hardware upgrade and our window had to be extended to 2 hours. The earlier “Complete” update was sent out in error. The system is believed to be back to a stable state and all systems are now operational. Thank you everyone for your patience. We are doing a primary infrastructure upgrade on Tuesday Oct 11th @ 4PM PST (tomorrow as of this message) to upgrade several key servers. We expect that the application will be down for up to an hour as we work through the transitions. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
